Resolved in Version 10.0.17.0

Bug: The Linking Form locks up when painting the linking.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a view with many tables and links in it

2. Click on linking

Expected Result: Linking loads after being clicked

Actual Result: Odd tables appearing on VDM main while linking is being completed
