Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where if a schedule had no jobs selected a hung session would be created.
2. Fixed an issue where if a schedule had no jobs selected and "run schedule now" was selected, user would receive unhandled exception.
3. Removed "Move LIC" function if lic file was present in install folder.
4. Removed Wait Form for create table if service process
5. Fixed issue where if selecting the Category "Job" the page would not update the the schedule job page
