Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue when opening a view, the linking would not populate correctly if a new table was immediately added without going to the linking tab.

Fixed an issue when adding a new table, the table would be hidden behind other tables.

Fixed an issue where the Enable Email option in the Auto Scheduler would default with it's properties enabled.

Fixed an issue where the Enable FTP option in the Auto Scheduler would default with it's properties enabled.

Fixed an issue where if a view failed to open 100%, users would still be able to save the view, which would break the view.  VDM now shows a message that something failed while opening, and resets the view.
