Web Reports - Report Roles

The Reports Page displays a list of Reports (with their connection and type) that can be run for each role. Admins also have the option of adding/deleting a report role.

 

When adding a New Report Role:

Report - Sets the report to be made available for the new role.

Connection - Sets the connection profile used to connect to the specified database needed for the report.

Role - Sets which role will be given access to the new report.

Report Type - Sets whether to return and display the Finished Reports or Visualize for the report.
